Where Community Drives Impact
Working together, organizations and communities can create innovative solutions that benefit both society and business. GenUnity facilitates these partnerships through programs focused on tackling pressing issues like housing affordability, health inequalities, and climate justice. We also prioritize accessibility by supporting program costs, so you can focus on making a difference.
Partner With UsSustainable Social Change Through Collaboration
Your organization wants to make a difference in your community, but power and trust dynamics make it challenging to form meaningful partnerships with the people you hope to engage with.
Our programs allow companies and community members to meet as peers with shared interests they can collaborate around. Through inquiry-based dialogue, the programs elevate the best of what community members and employees bring to the table, enhancing their understanding of pertinent issues and how to address them.
Take, for instance, how participating in our Healthy Equity program sparked an idea among Blue Cross MA employees for increasing access to culturally competent care. They've since invested in ongoing modifications to reimbursement policies for behavioral health providers, a change that holds especial promise for LGBTQIA+ communities and people of color to get connected with providers who uniquely understand their experiences.

Invest in Your Employees, Transform Your Community
70% of employees believe their work defines their sense of purpose in life, and 62% are looking for more meaning in their professional endeavors. 1
However, finding this desired purpose can be challenging when employees are unable to connect their day-to-day work with the societal challenges they care deeply about. GenUnity is here to help.
Our programs provide employees with the tools and leadership skills they need to effectively analyze the root causes of social issues and discover their potential to create meaningful change. Moreover, they help individuals to apply their newfound knowledge within their current professional domains in a way that ignites a deep sense of purpose.
By supporting your employee’s participation in GenUnity programs, you cultivate a motivated workforce that can harness the power of community-centered connections to drive innovation.
Supporting Partners of All Sizes
GenUnity's programs are now registered with the Commonwealth Corporation's Workforce Training Fund Express Program. This means that small organizations with 100 or fewer employees can receive up to 100% reimbursement of program costs, while larger organizations can receive up to 50% reimbursement. It’s an investment in your employees and community that pays off.
The Commonwealth Corporation's Workforce Training Fund Express Program is a Massachusetts state-funded initiative that provides access to funding for workforce training programs. The program is designed to help employers improve the skills of their workforce so that they can stay engaged and respond promptly to emerging needs.
